It went better than expected. I set my alarm for 12:30 p.m. and went to sleep right at noon. I remember not falling asleep right away but it must've been like 5 minutes when I did. The impressive part is that I actually woke up seconds before my alarm went off feeling a lot more rested than before. Weird. Maybe I'm just trying to convince myself on what a great idea this is and telling myself that I'm actually getting enough sleep from half hour naps.
Comments: It's 3:46 p.m. and I'm REALLY looking forward to nap number 4. I also have a slight headache but I couldn't know if it's sleep deprivation related or not.
So far I'm impressed with how well I'm sticking to the rules. Hope next nap is even better...
